Dated 24 Jan 1911

Will of J. D. HILL
Probated Feb. 7, 1930

In the name of him, whom I so imperfectly serve, but implicity trust, Amen. While I am in the possession of my mental faculties, I make this, my only will and testament -- To my Beloved wife, WILLIE WASHINGTON HILL, I bequeath what property I may own at my death, and appoint her my legal authorized executrix, without bond or security, with full power to check out, over her own signature, any money I may have at the time of my demise, in any Bank or Banks, and with full power of Attorney to foreclose any mortgages, collect any notes, together with my Drug store, fixtures and outstanding business, to have and to hold or use as she in her judgment deems best.

All for the love and affection I possess for her, and for her untiring and wifely devotion and faithfulness.

This the 24 day of January, 1911.

J. D. HILL
