I, ED HART, being of sound mind & Judgment, hereby appoint L. B. PITNER, executor of my estate & Guardian for my two children HOLMAN & ELIZABETH HART, my life Insurance is to be collected and my debts paid in full & the remainder is to go to the above named children, the land is not to be divided until ELIZABETH is 21 yrs of age & then equally.
