W. W. HARRIS Will Probated Nov. Term 1899 Minute Book __ page 271 I W. W. HARRIS, do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all others, if any, made by me at any time. First I direct that as soon after my death as practicable my Executrix herein after named will pay all my Just debts, if any owing by me. Second, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife M. B. HARRIS all the property that I may die seized and possessed, of whatsoever nature or description, both real and personal, partnership property, and choses in action, to have and to hold to her forever. I nominate and appoint my wife M. B. HARRIS, as the Executrix of this will, and direct that she be not required to give any bond as said Executrix, or to make any report or settlement of my estate.
