LEWIS W. GIBSON Will Probated Feb. Term 1899 M. B. "G" page 181 I, LEWIS W. GIBSON of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and body; do make and publish this: as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses, and all my debts be paid; as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into my Executors hand. Second I give and bequeath to my daughter "WINNIE GIBSON" now living with me – the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid to her in money. Third I give to my son "AUSTIN GIBSON" residence not known - the sum of Five Dollars. Fourth I give to my son "WASHINGTON GIBSON" of Gibson Co. Tenn. The sum of Five Dollars. Fifth I give to my daughter's heirs - MARGARET MOORE now dead – to her three children "BECCA" – "MARY" – "MANERVA" – the sum of Five Dollars. Sixth I give to my son "SAM GIBSON" of Gibson Co. the sum of Five Dollars. Seventh I give to my "SETH GIBSON" residence not known the sum of Five Dollars. Eight I give to my son "JACK GIBSON" of Weakly Co. the sum of Five Dollars. Ninth I do give and bequeath to my wife, MARY GIBSON the entire of my estate – after the payment of the amounts above specified – Consisting of realty and personal, my tract of land 59 acres. Stock of horses, cattle, hogs, Sheep, Household & kitchen furniture farming utensils &c &c, with the entire crop of every kind growing or being raised or in my cribs or barns or on my premises to her the said MARY GIBSON, to have and to hold and to use and control the same during her natural life, and at her death, then it is my will and desire that my three children now living with me – to wit – "TENNIE GIBSON" "JARVIS GIBSON" & "JENNIA GIBSON" shall have and share alike and receive equally of the estate real & personal – so mentioned and given to their Mother – my wife. Ninth It is my will and I do hereby nominate and appoint my son JARVIS GIBSON as my Executor, to this Will, and he is not required to give bond. In witness whereof I do to this my Will, Set my hand.
