I, R. T. D. FOUCHE being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make this my last will & testament hereby revoking all other wills by me hereto fore made, first, I direct & it is my desire that as soon after my death as practiable, my Executor, or Executrix whom I shall hereafter name have my body decently buried.

Second I disier & it is my will that my Ex'r or Executrix pay my burial expenses and all my just debts that I may be owing at the time of my death out of any moneys that I may die possessed of.

Thirdly I name and appoint my bloved wife GEORGIANA, my Executrix & it is my will and desire that immediately after my death she take & have full control and possession of all my estate both real and personal of every name or kind to hold & own absolutely & in fee simple forever for her sole use & benefit In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my name in the presence of witnesses this – day of Feb. 1891.
