State of Tenn. I, N. B. FLOYD farmer age 90 years realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death. And being sound in mind but feeble in body; do make and publish this as my last will and testament; hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me. 1st I will to my beloved neice JANE FERRELL, all the property of which I may die seized and possessed of both real and personal. 2nd Should the said JANE FERRELL die before I do then I will all my property both real and personal to her children MARTHA FERRELL, JAMES T. FERRELL, JOHNNIE FERRELL, SAMUEL B. FERRELL, SUSAN FERRELL, GEORGE I. I. FERRELL and FLORA FERRELL. 3rd I nominate HALLUM W. GOODLOE executor of this my will to wind up my business and carry out my intentions herein expressed. Given this Nov. 21 1899 N. B. (X) FLOYD
