J. L. FARMER Will Probated Sept. Term 1898 Minute Book "G" page 112 In the name of God Amen I JAMES L. FARMER of the State of Tennessee and County of Crockett, In view of my approaching fate and being in my proper mind. Do make this as my last will and Testament, making void all other Wills made by me at any other time – First, I will and decree, that so soon after my death as practicable, that my funeral expenses and other debts I owe, be paid out of any moneys that I may die possessed of – or may first come into the hands of my Executor – Second, I will and bequeath to my wife ABSILA all the personal property that I may die possessed of, of every description character & kind. Also all the real estate, hereditaments & c. that I may own or may own at my death during her natural life. At her death to be equally divided between my legal heirs – Said real estate can be shown by Deeds made to me by various parties. Lastly, I make constitute and appoint ABSILA FARMER my executrix, and ask the proper court to allow her to qualify without being required to give bond and securety. This June the 25th 1898 JAS. L.
