Will of WILLIS W. EVANS Probated 20" day of August, 1906 See M. B. "8" Pg. __ I, WILLIS W. EVANS feeling an abiding interest in my family and feeling the importance of providing for them while my mind is clear, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at anytime made: 2d. It is my desire to have this present crop made and gathered after a living is provided for the family, then the remainder of said crop to be appropriated to the payment of my debts. I will, bequeath to my beloved wife, MARY EVANS all my property, personal and real estate, to have and to use for herself and children during her natural life and widowhood. 3d. It is my desire and will for all the property, both personal and real estate to be sold after the death of my wife MARY EVANS, then WILLIS J. EVANS, JOLLEY D. EVANS, DIXEY M. EVANS, will draw out of the estate $100. One hundred Dollars each, then make an equal division among G. H. EVANS, ELEN E. YORK and her bodily heirs and MARTHA S. TERRELL bodily heirs, WILLIS J. EVANS, JOLLEY D. EVANS and DIXEY M. EVANS. (4th.) I constitute and appoint, P. M. WILLIAMS and JOLLY D. EVANS, Executors to this my last Will and testament with full power to sell my land and to make title to same on such terms as will realize the greatest benefit to my estate to all of which I give my hand and seal this July the 14th 1898.
