I E. M. ELLINGTON of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee being sound in body and mind do make and publish this as my last will and testament...

First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid...

Second. I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter S. E. MITCHELL formally S. E. CURTIS the sum of one dollar in cash.

Third. I give and bequeath to my beloved husband E. ELLINGTON 50 acres of land lying in the 7th civil district of said county north west of Alamo Tenn known as the SILAS MATHEWS place deeded to me by my Father W. E. TUCKER in1879... also one other piece or lot of land of (7) acres in said county civil district no. 6 west and near Alamo Tenn known as the V. M. TUCKER place and this too was deeded to me by my father W. E. TUCKER in 1879 and 1881.

Fourth. I also give to my husband E. ELLINGTON my Piano all of my household and kitchen furnature and bedding furniture carpets and each and every thing pertaining to the premices named all of my stock of every kind on the place Horses mules cattle sheep hogs poultry &c... also all of my notes that I now have due or indorsed to me and due here after for lands or rents of lands... also all of the farming utensils of every kind on my place with the wagon and harness.

Fifth. I do hereby nominate and appoint my husband E. ELLINGTON as my Executor to this my last will and testament...
