Will of MRS. NANCY ADELINE DUNAGAN Probated August 17, 1931 I, MRS. NANCY ADELINE DUNAGAN a resident of Crockett County, Tennessee being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at anytime heretofore made. (1) I will and direct my Executor to be hereinafter named, pay all my just debts I may owe at the time of my death out of first money coming in hand from my estate, including my funeral expenses. (2) After payment of all my debts and expenses incident to the winding up of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath to my living daughters, MRS. MINNIE PHILLIPS of Jackson, Tennessee, MS. LULA KENNER of Alamo, Tennessee and the living and rightful heirs of MRS. IDA FORSYTHE, deceased, as tenents in common and equal in interest, for and during the life herein named rightful heirs, then remainder to survivor or survivors of each of them, all property of which I may die seized and possessed, real, personal and mixed whensoever found and wheresoever located. (3) For convenience, I list property as described and located as follows: Cash deposit at First National Bank of Jackson, Tennessee. Cash deposit at Bank of Alamo, Alamo, Tennessee; Bank Stock of Peoples Bank, at Bells, Tenn.; and American Telephone and Telegraph Company Stock. (4) I hereby nominate and appoint my nephew, ATHA THOMAS, of Crockett County, Tennessee Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and hereby request him act as such Executor, and having full faith and confidence in his honesty and integrity, I fully excuse him from executing bond or security or making any inventory, reports or settlements with any Court whatsoever.
