Mary Dunlap's Will Probated September Term 1875 of County Court See Minute Book A page 650 In the name of God Amen I MARY DUNLAP of the County of Madison State of Tennessee being of Sound mind and memory and Considering the uncertainly of this frail and transitory life do therefore make and ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament That is to say First: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personal I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit. To my Daughter REBECCA GRIFFIN one hundred dollars It Seeming to me best to give her so large a share on account of the services she has rendered for me The remainder of my estate real and personal to be equally divided among my Children REBECCA Shearing equally with them. Likewize I make Constitute and appoint my son JOHN DUNLAP to be Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will by me made.
