A. F. CUNNINGHAM Will Probated Aug. Term 1900 Minute Book "9" page 41 I, A. F. CUNNINGHAM do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my beloved wife SALLIE JANE CUNNINGHAM my personal property after paying my just debts, except my beauro and one bed and necessary bed clothing, I give my wife SALLIE J. CUNNINGHAM the use of until her death and then it is to go to PEARL MOORE my wifes grand daughter. Thirdly I direct that my wife SALLIE J. CUNNINGHAM shall have the use of all the land that I may die possessed of her life time and at her death I direct that my daughter TERSA ANN SMITH shall have the use of said land her life time and at her death, I direct that my land go to BERTHA CUNNINGHAM my grand daughter if she be alive at that time and if the said BERTHA CUNNINGHAM should not be alive at the death of the said TERSA ANN SMITH I direct it shall go to PEARL MOORE my wifes grand daughter. I further direct that not a stick of timber shall be sold or given away off of my land during the life time of my wife or my daughter TERSA ANN SMITH. Fourthly I do hereby nominate and appoint J. T. STAMPS my Executor waiving the necessity of his giving a Bond. In witness whereof I do to this my Will set my hand this the 14th day of May 1900. A. F. (X) CUNNINGHAM
