Probated February Term 1889
Minute Book E Page 130 & 131

In the name of God amen:

I SARAH H. CRICHLOW being of Sound mind and perfectly rational Do make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First – I want all my just debts paid after my funeral expenses are paid.

Second – I want my estate both real and personal to be divided equal between WINNIE M. BEST, WINNIE H. MITCHELL, AMANDA J. MILLER and EMMA WEISSINGER and that they share equally alike.

Third – It is distinctly understood that at the death of WINNIE H. MITCHELL this property herein willed her is not to be deeded mortgaged or willed to C. L. MILLER but to dispose of it any other way she may see proper.

Fourth – It is my will and desire that the parties named in this will are to do something for MANERVA STEGALL by giving her a small lot out of my real estate at their discretion.

This will to be null and void provided I should not die with my pressent sickness or until I may make a new will or to let the same remain as it now stands as I may elect otherwise if I should die in my pressent sickness to remain in full force and effect as above willed.

In testimony whereof I hereby set my hand and seal January 22nd 1889

SARAH H. (X) CRICHLOW
