Will of THOMAS F. CRADDOCK Probated October 20, 1944
Last Will and Testament of I, THOMAS F. CRADDOCK, a (n) Soldier in the Army of the United States of America at the time of the execution of this will, having my permanent domicile in the City of Gadsden, County of Crockett, State of Tennessee being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, revoking all wills and codicils, or any instruements whatsoever of a testamentary nature, heretofore made by me. First: I direct that all of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my executor as soon after my death as may be conveniently done. Second: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated, of which I shall die seized or possessed or to which I shall in any way be entitled at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to VIRGINIA CRADDOCK (mother of the testator) her heirs, executors and assigns. Third: I hereby name, nominate and appoint VIRGINIA CRADDOCK my sole executor of this my last will and testament, to serve without bond or security of any kind. In witness whereof, at Langley Field, Virginia, on the 30th day of April, 1943, in the presence of witnesses and without force, duress or fraud being exercised upon me, of my own free will and valition.
