Will of GEORGE M. CORNATZAR
Probated Sept. 30th 1909

I GEO. M. CORNATZAR, of Bells Crockett County Tennessee being of sound mind do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills that I may have heretofore made:

First: It is my desire that all doctors bills drug bills funeral expenses shall be fully paid as soon as is convenient after my death.

Second: I desire that five hundred dollars be set apart out of my estate for the purpose of a gravestone or monument to be placed at my grave and the grave of my wife, the one stone to cost $500. or two single stones to cost $250. each as she may desire.

Third: I give and bequeath to my daughter ANNIE L. ROOKER of Bowling Green Ky. the sum of Twenty two hundred dollars. To my daughter MRS. IDA PEARLE HENDERSON the sum of Twenty two hundred dollars, To my son HIRAM G. CORNATZAR of Fort Worth Texas the sum of Twenty two hundred dollars, To my son CHARLES ERNEST CORNATZAR the sum of Twenty eight hundred dollars, said sum to be placed in the Union & Planters Bank and Trust Co. of Memphis Tenn. and two hundred of said sum shall be paid to CHARLES ERNEST CORNATZAR when he becomes 21 years of age and $200. of said sum shall be paid to him at each recurring birthday thereafter untill the whole of said $2800. with interest if any be fully paid, in the event of his death without bodily heirs the balance of said $2800. if any, shall be immediately paid to my other legal heirs. In addition to the foregoing, I give and bequeath to CHARLES ERNEST CORNATZAR the following tract of land lying and being in the 3rd, civil district of Crockett County Tennessee, bounded as follows: On the north by CORNATZAR, On the south by FULLALOVE, On the east by KINCAID and CORNATZAR, On the west by HUMPHREYS and BOALS containing about 170 acres. This land gift to CHARLES ERNEST CORNATZAR is entailed and is expressly for and during his life time and at his death to his bodily heirs if any, and if not then to my other legal heirs, I place a value of $2200. on this land and so considered it in making this distribution, I further set apart and leave in the hand of my wife five hundred dollars for the use and benefit of CHARLES ERNEST CORNATZAR during his minority especially would I have her buy him a good watch in kind similar to what the other children have and pay his Expenses in some school or college of his choice.

Forth: All other property that I may own at death I give and bequeth to my wife MARTHA A. CORNATZAR.

I hereby appoint my wife MARTHA A CORNATZAR and J. R. McDonald my Executors with out bond to carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament.
