Will of J. H. COPHER Probated Dec. 9th 1922 Minute Book 10 Page __ I, J. H. COPHER, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other will by me at any time made. 1st I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon as possible after my death, out of the first money that may come into the hands of my Executor. 2nd I give and devise to my son JOHN COPHER, my farm in the 6th district of Crockett County, containing about 30 acres, bounded on the North by the land of MRS. SIMMONS, on the east south and west by public road. 3rd To my four grand children, MARY SUE EDWARDS, DENNIS EDWARDS, JOHN EDWARDS and MAGGIE WARREN I give my house and lot situated in Alamo, containing about one and one half acres, bounded on the north by NANCE, east by street, south by CONLEY and west by CASEY; said four Grand children, who are the children of WILL EDWARDS, to take said property in equal shares. 4th I give to my son NORMAN COPHER, one hundred dollars. 5th The residue of my personal estate I give and bequeath as follows: One half to my son JOHN COPHER, the other half to the four children of WILL EDWARD whose names are set out in item three of this will. 6th I nominate my son JOHN COPHER as the Executor of this my last will and testament.
