MRS. BETIE COUGHBURN Will Minute Book 10 Page 320 [no date of probate] I, BETTIE COUGHBURN being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament. First: I desire after my death that my body receive a decent burial to be paid for by my Executor herein named out of any money coming into his hands from my estate: it is my will further and desire that my Executor pay all other just debts that I may be owing at the time of my deceased. Second. After paying all of the above indebtedness named, it is my will and desire that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay to my son SAMUEL COUGHBURN the sum of Five Dollars out of the remainder of my estate. Third. It is my further will and desire that after making the last named advancment to my son SAMUEL, that my son HERMAN COBURN shall have the remainder of my estate, both personal and real. Fourth. I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend SAMUEL EAST my Executor to this my last will and testament, Signed and executed on this the 24th. day of August 1912. BETTIE (X) COBURN
