MAGGIE FRANCIS SULLIVAN, one fifth of my said tract of land, about but not quite, Twenty acres, her share being off of the extreme east end. MRS. VIA, who gets the home place which is more valuable than the other shares, is to pay to HORACES children seventy five dollars, to L. E. CATES, seventy five dollars and to MRS. SULLIVAN Two hundred dollars. The reason a larger sum is to be paid to MRS. SULLIVAN is because of the drainage tax on her part of the land. [No Executor was named in the will]
