Will of J. W. BURNETT Probated March 15th 1922 Minute Book 10 page __ I, J. W. BURNETT, of Maury City Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all other debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys I may die possessed of or may first come in the hands of my Executrix, It is my desire that my wife NANCEY ALLICE BURNETT have all the real estate I have consisting of house and lot where we now live and all person property consisting of household goods 4 head of cattle and all other personalty I have. All the money I have on hand and notes and all notes I have or may have secured by mortgage on real estate and my Bank Stock and Bank Acct Bank Stock in City Bank of Alamo Tenn. It is my desire that my daughter VIRVIE AN WARREN be paid in cash five dollars out of my estate. At the death of my wife it is my desire that this house and lot in Maury City, Tenn go to my 2 grand children equally CLARENCE HERBERT WARREN and LANNIE LEE WARREN and all personalty my wife may die possessed of and at my wifes death provided LANNIE LEE WARREN is not 21 years old, Then a guardian is to be appointed for him I have as his guardian BOB WARREN he to take his effect and lone all moneys out at 6 per cent int. until he becomes 21 years old, I name as executrix to this will my wife NANCEY ALLICE BURNETT, without bond.
