BRYANT do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of my moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly: - I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, CARRY A. BRYANT, one-half interest in Thirty (30) acres of land lying and being in the 3rd civil district of Crockett County, Tennessee. Thirdly: - I give and bequeath to my son H. A. BRYANT, one half interest in Thirty (30) acres of land lying and being in the third 3rd civil district of Crockett County, Tennessee. Lastly:- I do hereby nominate and appoint my son J. M. BRYANT my executor and without bond. In witness whereof I do to this my will, set my hand this the 16 day of Jul 1918. G. W. BRYANT
