I, J. H. BROOKS, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

1. To my son E. H. BROOKS, I give devise and bequeath all my real estate consisting of fifty eight (58) acres of farm land in the 13th Civil District of Crockett County being my home place reserving ¼ acre for a grave yard and a right of way to same I also give bequeath and devise to my said son E. H. BROOKS my frame store house and lot in Chestnut Bluff where I am now doing business.

2. I also give and bequeath to my said son E. H. BROOKS all of personal property including money, notes, accounts and every kind of personal property I own at the time of my death except a note of about three hundred thirty three dollars ($333.00) executed to J. F. BROOKS to the order of his mother MRS. MARTHA BROOKS which note I give to my son J. F. BROOKS.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son E. H. BROOKS Executor of this my last will and testament and require that he be excused from making bond as such.
