J. H. BROOKS Will Probated Sept. 28th 1923 Minute Book 10 I, J. H. BROOKS, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. 1. To my son E. H. BROOKS, I give devise and bequeath all my real estate consisting of fifty eight (58) acres of farm land in the 13th Civil District of Crockett County being my home place reserving ¼ acre for a grave yard and a right of way to same I also give bequeath and devise to my said son E. H. BROOKS my frame store house and lot in Chestnut Bluff where I am now doing business. 2. I also give and bequeath to my said son E. H. BROOKS all of personal property including money, notes, accounts and every kind of personal property I own at the time of my death except a note of about three hundred thirty three dollars ($333.00) executed to J. F. BROOKS to the order of his mother MRS. MARTHA BROOKS which note I give to my son J. F. BROOKS. I hereby nominate and appoint my son E. H. BROOKS Executor of this my last will and testament and require that he be excused from making bond as such. This June 22nd 1923 J. H. BROOKS
