BRADLEY at my own habitation in Crockett Co. declare in the presence of the undersigned whom I especially request to bear witness to the fact that my last will and testament is as follows: I will that after my personal property is duly advertised and sold that my just and lawful debts shall be paid. And that my Daughters MOLLIE WINTERS and MOZELLA SPEAN and my Son JESSE shall have Five Dollars each & that shall be their entire interest in my estate. I also will that my sons WM. & JOHN and my daughter JOSAPHINE share equally in the remainder of my estate both real and personal. I will that my land be divided into three lots of equal value, value of improvements considered my Son WM. To have lot with mansion on it. If my son's WM and JOHN & my Daughter JOSAPHINE so desire the land may be sold and proceeds equally divided among the said three. I name as my executor W. A. DUNGAN. This March 2, 1900 W. H.
