G. W. BOLING'S Will - Probated August term, 1917 Minute Book "10" page 105 I, G. W. BOLING... do make this my last will and testament... Mentions: It is my will and desire, after my death that my body be given a decent burial, including a Tomb-stone at my Grave as near in size and make as that of my deceased wife MARY BOLING... To my beloved wife, TENNIE BOLING, should she be living at the time of my death, all of the remainder of my personal property that may be left after paying all debts, together with my farm situated in the 6th Civil district of Crockett County, TN, the same being Bounded on the north by ELMORE RANDLE & DR. STOUT, east by WAINRIGHT & MIDYETT, South by J. L. WAINRIGHT and J. N. CLARK, west by W. R. BOLING, containing 89 - 1/2 acres, more or less... and at her death, should CHARLEY BALENTINE, who is now living on my place , if he so remains with me until my death, I will to him Nineteen and one half acres of the east portion of the above described farm including the dwelling house and out buildings where ELMER BALENTINE now resides... After the death of my beloved wife TENNIE, and the land herein described bequeathed to CHARLEY BALENTINE shall have been set aside to him, it is my will that the remainder go to my Brothers and Sisters (not named) and their descendants... Executor: my beloved nephew W. R. BOLING.
