NANCY BOALS Will Probated June 7, 1909 M. B. __ Pg. 110 I, NANCY BOALS, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make a publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me. First, I desire, at the hands of friends, a plain decent burial, and it is my will and desire that as soon as my funeral, that my Executore herein after named, pay all of my just debts, out of my estate: Second, It is my will and desire that my Grandson LEO BOALS shall have my young mule that I have raised from a mare that I bought of JOHN W. EMISON, to be his absolutely. Third, It is my will and desire that my Grand daughter, MAUDE BOALS have my sewing machine, to be hers absolutely, I have bought the same for her use and benefit. Fourth: It is my will and desire that my Grandson, DAVE KELLY BOALS have a half interest in my two horse wagon and harness, he having helped to pay for the same out of his own money, the other half interest to be sold by my Executor to the highest bidder, at public autery?, either for cash or on a credit as he may think best. Fifth: It is my will and desire that all the rest of my personal property be sold to the highest bidder by my Executor, either for cash or on a credit, as he may think best and the proceeds be equally dividid between my three grand children, to wit: DAVE KELLY BOALS, LEOO BOALS and MAUDE BOALS. Sixth. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved friend F. M. GOLDSMITH to be Executor to this my last will and testament, and request that the court release him from making any bond.
