I SARAH A. ALBRITTON do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others at any time by me made.

Item 1st. I direct that all my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Second. I give and bequeath to my daughter ASALLIE SMITH Forty five acres of land to be on the west end of the tract of land I now live on during her life time and at her death to go to her Children, and one half of my wearing appearal, one split bottom Rocking chair and six split bottom Chairs and J. N. ALBRITTON large picture, my large testament, her Fathers picture her grand Mothers picture, one cow, and half of my table ware and table clothes and my home made carpet my louge stead and three quilts 2 sheets and one pillow.

Thirdly. I give and bequeath to my daughter LUGENIE WARREN Forty acres of land to be on the East end of the tract I now live on which includes the residence & out house to be absolutely hers, I also give to LEUGENIE WARREN my walnut Bed Stead & Bed 3 quilts one counterpane, one comfort one blanket 2 sheets, 2 pillows, 6 cane bottom chairs my large Rocking chair, my enlarged picture, my large Bible my large cromo picture one half of my wearing apparal my Safe my cooking stove, one half my table ware one can? and my boght carpet.

Fourthly. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter EVA SMITH my ash bed stead and bed 3 quilts 2 sheets 2 pillows one Blanket one cover let and counter pane and my album & wash Stand.

Fifthly. I give and bequeath to my grand Son JOHN B. CHERRY and grand daughter LULA CHERRY, Forty five acres of the tract of land I now live on, or the remainder of Said tract after the Forty and Forty five acres are Set out to ASALEE SMITH & LUGENIE WARREN. Also my Secretary and books not otherwise mentioned, 2 quilts and his mothers enlarged picture.

Sixthly. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter LULA CHERRY one Beaurow and my heavy clock and my trunk to ETHEL CHERRY Daughter of LULA.

Seventhly. I give and bequeath to MARTHA I. FARMER my singer Sewing machine and cane bottom Rocking chair my ward robe Wash Bowl & pitcher 2 split bottom chairs and my old horse and Buggy & Harness, also new Small table.

Eightly. I give and bequeath to NEWTON WARTERS his Feather bed & bed stead 6 quilts 2 sheets one blanket 2 pillows, these are things his mother gave him and his trunk Saddle and my Breech loading Shot gun, one Small Table and all his wearing appearal, and five Dollars in money and one split bottom chair.

Ninthly. I give and bequeath to my Grand Son IKE SMITH my pistol and five Dollars in money.

tenthly. I desire the remainder of my personal property be sold and devided among my heirs acording to law.

Lastly. I do hereby appoint and nominate JOHN B. CHERRY my executor, but Said executor shall be required to give bond as the law direct, In witness where of I do to this my last will and testament Set my hand this 18th day of July 1903.
