J. N. ALBRITTON Will Probated May Term 1889 Minute Book E page 183 I J. N. ALBRITTON do make and Publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expences and just Debts be paid... out of any money that I may die possesed of... Secondly I give and Bequeath to my Mother S. A. ALBRITTON all of the money I may have at my Death except as first stated and my new Top Buggey and Harness and Horse called Bill and all my corn and Hay and all my farming utensils. Thirdly I give and bequeath to my uncle W. N. BEASLEY my watch and chain and all my wearing appearrel. And I also give to my mother S. A. ALBRITTON my secratary. Fourthly the remainder of my personal property to be Divided equally among my legal heirs my sisters or their issue my mother S. A. ALBRITTON shareing equally. Fifthly I desire that my Executor as soon as he thinks best sell publicly or privately all the lands and town lots that I have or own in the tenth civil District of Crockett County Tennessee... the proceeds of said lands or lots to be divided among my legal heirs... Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint W. M. BEASLEY my executor in witness whereof I do this my will set my hand this the 4th day of March 1889. J. N. ALBRITTON
