= Will =
I the undersigned MRS. BETTIE CONLEE AGEE, of Maury City, Tennessee, being of sound mind and
disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any
former will made by me.
First: I direct my executor to pay all my just debts as soon as practicable after my death out
of my estate.
Second: I want to be buried in the cemetery of Salem Baptist Church near Lainview, Tennessee,
and I direct my executor to see that this is done, and I direct my executor, out of my estate,
to have erected at my grave suitable marker or monument with proper inscription thereon, the
character and size of monument and the cost thereof to be left to his discretion.
Third: I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property of every kind and
character, real, personal and mixed and wherever situated, to my beloved grand daughter PEARL
KINSEY wife of H. C. KINSEY, of Gibson County, Tennessee, and I give the same to her as her
absolute property to use, enjoy and dispose of as she may desire.
Fourth: I nominate and appoint my friend, H. C. KINSEY, of Gibson County Tennessee, as the
executor of this my will and request, that he be permitted to Qualify and ast without giving
bond.
Witness my signature at Trenton, Tennessee, on this the 23rd day of June 1932.

We the undersigned HARRY H. ELDER and R. E. ROSS having been requested by MRS. BETTIE
CONLEE AGEE to witness the above and foregoing instrument which she declared to us to be
her last will and testament, have signed our names hereunto as such witnesses, at her
request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, and she signed her name
in our presence, Witnessour signatures at Trenton Tennessee on this the 23rd day of
June 1932.
