The Jackson Sun Jackson, Tennessee January 6, 1963 Alamo, Tenn. - Ira Alonzo Webb, 78, retired farmer of Alamo, died Saturday afternoon at his home. He had been in ill health for some time. He lived all his life in the Cypress community near here before moving to town five years ago. Services will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at Cypress Methodist Church with the Rev. D.F. Dickey and the Rev. Clarence Hare officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Ronk Funeral Home in charge. He was a Methodist. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Abbie Webb; a son, Floyd Webb of Alamo; five daughters, Mrs. Elvis McNeeley of Atwood, Mrs. Clayton East and Mrs. Billy Spraggins, both of Bells, and Mrs. Billy Williams and Mrs. Howard Moncier, both of Alamo; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. |
