The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, July 4, 1946 Mrs. A. E. Terry, 59, Dies At Home East Of Henderson Mrs. A. E. Terry, age 59, died on June 23 at her home four miles east of Henderson. The deceased married A. E. Terry 21 years ago and had resided in Chester county since that time. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist church with membership in the Mt. Moriah church at New Friendship. She is survived by her husband, A. E. Terry, Henderson; one son, R. M. Hooks, Chicago, Ill.; one daughter, Mrs. Buford Russum, Finger, Tenn.; eight step sons, Grady Terry, Faye Terry, Joe Terry, Marvin Terry, Clyde Terry, all of Henderson, Leslie Palmer, St. Louis, Lonzo Palmer of Mississippi and Lannie Palmer of Austin, Tex.; four step daughters, Mrs. Marvin Miller, Mrs. John Smith, Mrs. Raymond Naylor, Henderson, and Mrs. Obe Agee of Friendship, Tenn. Funeral services were held at Friendship, Tenn., with Brother Harvey Smith conducting the services on June 24 at 2:00 p.m. Interment was at Mt. Moriah cemetery, Friendship, Tenn.
