MRS. LOTTIE S. SMITH, 76, of 2795 West Battle Creek Cove, wife of John C. Smith, died at 4 p.m. yesterday at her home. Memphis Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Stuttgart, Ark. She leaves her mother, Mrs. Frankie Stephenson, and a sister, Mrs. Johnnie Whitaker, both of the home.
