The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, July 3, 1947 Mrs. A. C. Ottinger Funeral services were held at Bethesda Presbyterian Church at 4 Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. A. C. Ottinger, who died at her home in the Elizabeth community Monday afternoon after an illness of three years. The Rev. Oakley Woodside officiated. Burial in Bethesda Cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home in charge. She was 66. Mrs. Ottinger was born in Crockett County and was a member of the Elizabeth Methodist Church. She leaves her husband, five sons, Bonnie, Jim, Alvie and Anthony Ottinger, all of St. Louis, and George Ottinger of Gibson County, and one brother, O. M. Bates of Bethesda. Rosa E. Bates & Arty C. Ottinger were married 12 Nov 1899 in Crockett Co. |
