The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, June 27, 1946 Mrs. Ida Loving Mrs. Ida Moody Loving, 91, died Tuesday night, June 17 at her home, 402 W. Reynolds St., where she had lived for the past 41 years. Funeral services were held at the residence Thursday afternoon with the Rev. E. L. Hollody officiating. Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery under direction of Wells Funeral Home. Pall bearers were her nephews and grand nephews: Henry S. Moody, Pat M. Moody, W. Reece Smith, Edwin Moody, Jr., Frank and James Moody. Mrs. Loving was born in Tennessee where she lived until moving here to keep house for her brother, the late M. E. Moody. She was an active member of the First Methodist Church and had a host of friends, made over the years because of her kind, and friendly nature. She is survived by a daughter, Miss Edna Loving and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Loving was a resident of Crockett County before moving to Plant City, Fla. From The Courier, Plant City, Fla. |
