The Humboldt Courier-Chronicle Thursday October 23, 1952 Moses Lee Dunlap, 81, Died Friday Services were held Sunday for Moses Lee Dunlap, retired farmer of the Coxville communiity, west of here, who died at his home Friday, following several weeks of illness. Paul Hall, pastor of the Humboldt Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Born and reared in Gibson County, son of the late John M. and Louise Dunlap, pioneer citizens of West Tennessee. Mr. Dunlap had engaged in farming near Humboldt all of his life. He was a member of the Cox Chapel Church of Christ. He was 81. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lula Hefley Dunlap of Humboldt; four daughters, Miss Muarine Dunlap of Humboldt, Mrs. Inez Sandstron of Daytona Beech, Fla., Mrs. R. B. Delavan of Jacksonville, Fla., and Miss Mary E. Dunlap of Montgomery, Ala.; four sons, Harold W. Dunlap of Gibson, Ernest L. Dunlap of Daytona Beech, Fla., Hulon H. Dunlap of Mobile, Ala., and James E. Dunlap, U.S. Navy, Norwich Town, Conn.; and a number of grandchildren. |
