The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, Aug. 11, 1938 Mrs. Craddock Dies At Pinson; Body Was Buried Here Mrs. Bessie R. Craddock, 44, the wife of T. Jesse Craddock, former member of prominent family of this city, died at Fitts-White hospital in Jackson Tuesday night following an illness of several months. Mrs. Craddock was the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Forrest Raines of Crockett county, and was a resident of the section west of Humboldt all her life until 13 years ago, when she moved with her family to Pinson to make their home. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Billie Ann Craddock, and a son, J. L. Craddock, both of Pinson. The body was brought to the Bodkin Funeral Home where it remained until Wednesday afternoon when the funeral was held at 2:00 o'clock at the Gadsden Church of Christ.
