Mr. S. A. Compton, 82, one of the oldest citizens of Bells, passed away early Tuesday morning at his home, after an illness of a few weeks. He is survived by Miss Gladys Compton, who lived with him and a son, Bland Compton of Honolulu. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will depend on when the son arrives.
