DEATH--Funeral Services were held Sunday at 2 p. m. at Salem Methodist Church for Thomas CLIFFORD, who died at Baptist Hospital, Memphis, burial in Salem Cemetery. He was 73, born in Crockett County, made his home near Gadsden, a retired blacksmith. He leaves one brother, Emmit G. CLIFFORD, of Gadsden; three nephews, Alton CLIFFORD, of Tampa, Fla., Clarence CLIFFORD, of Fla., and Thomas GRAY, of Colt, Ark.; two neices, Mrs. Lillian JAYNES, of Gadsden and Mrs. Sybil FISHER, of Trenton.
