STATE of TENNESSEE vs Alex MIDYETT    }
presentiment for disturbing Public Worship       }

This day came the Attorney General and the Defendant in proper person,and by leave of the Court a Nollia Psosequi is entered herein as of conviction,And thereupon comes into Court T.E. NOEL,who with the defendant acknowledges themselves indebted to the State for the costs aforesaid.It is therefore considered by the Court that the State recover of the defendant and T.E.NOEL jointly the fine and costs aforesaid.
