CROCKETT COUNTY, TENNESSEE CIRCUIT COURT MINUTES PAGE 496; FRIDAY 5 OCTOBER 1877 Thomas E. NOEL vs W. H. GUTHRIE In this case it appearing to the Court that an execution was issued for a balance due to the Plaintiff after condemnation and sale of land,sold in this Court,under order of condemnation--the said execution for such balance issuing from this Court,and it appearing that saiod execution came into the hands of R. H. HARRIS, Sheriff, and was by him levied on the following land and as property of W. H. GUTHRIE, namely situated in State of Tennessee District 5---and it also appearing that said execution was levied on the following tract of land,as the land of L. M. JELKS namely situated in the State of Tennessee, County of Crockett, Bells Depot; bounded on the East by J. N. CAMERON, West by T. E. NOEL, South by F. B. WOODWARD, and North by E. M. MIDYETT.
