PAGE 218 - - 22nd SEPTEMBER 1873 Hon. G. B. BLACK, judge of the Circuit Court of Crockett County pursuant to the law the undersigned tax collector after advertizing according to law for three consecutive weeks in the Crockett County Sentinal, a newspaper published in the town of Alamo, the County seat of said County, proceeded to sell and did sell at the Court House door in Alamo on the 1st day of September between the hours 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the taxes, penalties and costs due thereon for the year 1872--Tp Wit: (page 219) 100 acres of land in Civil District 10--Sold as the property of M. B. MIDGETT for taxes, penalties and cost for the year 1872 amounting to $19.43.
