Alamo, Monday the 3d November Anno domini 1873
H. H. MAHON It appearing to the satisfaction of this Court that BENJ. NUNN Late a citizen of Crockett County has departed this life, on motion H. H. MAHON was this day appointed Administrator of the said BEN NUNN deceased thereupon the said H. H. MAHON Came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Three hundred dollars with JAMES LOWRY and J. B. YANCY as his securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and it was further ordered that Letters of Administration Issue to the said H. H. MAHON after being duly Qualified as the Law directs. Alamo, Wednesday 7th March 1877

The settlement of H. H. MAHON Admn. of BEN NUNN made with the Clerk of this Court on the 9th day of February 1877 was this day ratified & Confirmed by the Court and ordered recorded.
