Ordered by the Court that JAMES FOLLACE, JAMES D. SMITH and S. S. WATKINS be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to lay off and set apart one years support out of the Estate of ROBERT EMERSON for MRS. LUTICIA EMERSON exclusive and aside of what is exempt from Execution and some species of property must be set aside to purchase such things as are not on hand.

T., MARGARET, MARTHA J., MARLEY E. one years support beg leave to submit the following articles and amounts to wit 75 Bbls of Corn 1200 lb pork 800 lb flour 20 gallons Lard 40 hallons Molasses 50 lb Coffee 100 lb Sugar 15 lbs soda 3 lb blk pepper 3 lb spice 2 lb of ginger 5 gallons vinegar 1 Bbl of salt 5 burpeas? 15 lb wool 30 lb Lent Cotton 1 bale of Cotton to furnish shoes cloting &c all of which is respectfully submitted.
