Be it remembered that in this cause that the Defendant came in open court in person and filed his affidavit and answer denying the paternty of the child of ELLEN HARBER and demanded andinsited on an investigation whent he said ELLA HARBER in person and by her attorneys refused to prosecute said cause and ask that the case against said JOHN DOER be dismissed which was done at her request and on motion the Court give Judment against said ELLEN HARBER all cost that has accrued in said cause for which let?
