STATE of TENNESSEE vs Allen BATCHELOR [LARCENY]

Came the Attorney General to prosecute in behalf of the State and the defendant in proper person and by the assent of the Court and Attorney General enters a Nolle Proseque herein as of conviction by the defendant assuming all costs. Thereupon came William JENNINGS who acknowledged himself the security of the defendant for the costs aforesaid. It is therefore considered by the Court that the State of Tennessee recover of the defendant and William JENNINGS his security the costs aforesaid and that execution will issue. {on later Court dates,he is referred to as Allen BACHELOR,a man of color}
