NONCUPATIVE WILL OF LENORD TAYLOR DECD.

We David Briant and James W. Rhodes do state that the Noncupative will of Lenord Taylor was made by him on the 22nd day of August 1856 in our presence to which we were specially requested to bear witness by the Testator himself in the presence of each other that it was made in his last sickness in his own habitation and the same is as follows to wit.  It was his will and desire that his effects should be disposed of after his decease in the following manner
First that all my debts should be paid as early as possible the balance of my effects of every kind after paying my debts I give to my wife Sarah during her natural life and after her death to be equally divided between my children and request that my neighbor and friend Tried Zachariah Briant will Execute this my will made out by us and signed this the 5th day of September 1856.

at said Term of the court was produced in open court the last will and testament of Lenord Taylor Decd and the same was duly proven by the Testimony of James W. Rhodes & David Briant subscribing witness thereto and the same ordered to be dully recorded of which the foregoing is a copy test.
