In the name of God Amen I Samuel Allin of the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee do this fifteenth day of May One thousand eight hundred & twenty seven being of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same but calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die. I make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following viz first I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Fanny Allin One cow and calf one feather bed & furniture. 2nd I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Elisabeth Allin One caw and calf one feather bed and furniture. 3rd I wil, and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Allin One cow and calf one feather bed & furniture. 4th I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Purity Allin one cow and calf and feather bed & furniture 5th I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Sally Allin one cow and calf and bed and furniture. 6th I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Dolly H. Allin One cow and Calf and feather bed and furniture. I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Allin the ballance of my estate during her natural life time or widdowhood to dispose of in any way that she thinks proper at the end of her life or widdowhood All to be sold and equally divided amongst my children, namely Elizaneth Allin, Polly Allin, Nancy Allin, Hannah Allin Purity Allin, Sary Allin Dolly Harris Allin I make or design my trusty & beloved Son Levy Allin to Executor this my las will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my las will and testament the day and above written Signed Sealed in presence of us who were present at the time of signing and Sealing thereof
