JOHNATHAN ROSE'S WILL
In the name of God Amen
I Johnathan Rose being of sound mind and good memory and know that it is
appointed for all men to die I do make this my last will and Testament
1st. I appoint my friend herein after mentioned as Executor to this my
last will.
2 I want all my just debts paid out of any moneys coming into the hands of
my Executor.
3 & Last my desire is that all the balance of my Estate and the tract of
land on which I now live for my wedowed wife Roda to have to do with it as she
pleases.
I constitue and appoint my friend S. N. Allen as Executor to this my last will
& testament this the 9th day of November 1856.

At said Term of the County Court said paper writing was admitted to probate in open court & proven by the subscribing witness of which the foregoing is a copy Test it being an order of court to receive the same.
