We John M. Null and J. W. Barns do state that Noncupative
will of Thomas Honey was made by hom on the third day of August one thousand
eight hundred & fifty three in our presence to which we were specially
requested to bear witness by the Testator himself in the presence of each other
that it was made in his last sickness in his own habitation or dwelling house
where he had resided many years. And
the same is as follows to-wit It
was his will and desire that his wife Vniey during her natural life or widowhood
have and keep for the benefit of herself and our children in raising and
schooling them after paying all my just debts all my effects of every kind.
Made out by us and signed this 14th day of
August 1853.

This day a paper writing the last Noncupative will and
Testament of Thomas Honey Decd was produced in open court and duly proven by the
oath of J. M. Null & J. W. Barns the subscribing witnesses thereto according
to Law and the court ordered the same to be duly recorded.
