I James Holmes do make and publish this my last will and Testement herby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made first I derect that my funeral enpenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as posable out of any money that I may died possessed of or may come into the hands of my Executor.
Second I bequeath to Mary Holmes my dearly beloved wife my ocupent claim with all the farming tools also my two mares and all my cattle and hogs & sheep House hold and Kitchen furniture crop on hand singalar the goods and chattles and all my bee hives and all and and at her death I if there should be anything left I bequeath it to my nephey James Holmes son of William Holmes and lastly I do hereby nomenate and appoint James Holmes my Executor in witness whare of I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 17th day of June in A.D. 1844.
