JOHN HASTIN'S WILL

I John Hastin do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I derect that my funeral expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executors. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my wife Charity Hasten one half of all my Real and personal Estate that I am possessed of at my death after paying my Just debts. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my son Absolom D. Hastin one half or balence of all my Real and personal Estate that I am possessed of at my death. I further wish for my Executors to consult and sell any of my personal property if necessary that they think proper for the purpose of paying my just debts. If my wife Charity Hastin should die in widowhood, I wish her interest of her Estate bequiathed and given by me to return to my son Absolom D. Hastin if she should marry I wish her to dispose of the before named part of my Estate given her in any manner she may think proper, if my son Absolom D. Hastin should decease before he arrives at the age of maturity for his part of my estate bequeath I to him by me to return to my wife Charity Hastin. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Charity Hastin & Absolom Hastin my Executors in witness whare of I do to this my will set my hand and seal.
