NONCUPATIVE
WILL OF JAMES CRUTCHFIELD, DECD.
I am going to die and I want Nancy and the children to have
a years support. They cant attend
to my Horse I want him and my mule sold. I
want Nancy to have a horse for it is right she should have one.
I want part of my land sold and I want Nancy and the children to live on
the balance of the land if they see proper and I don't want them deprived of the
house & orchard at any time. I
want my Mother to have my corn here. She
has some claims against me and I think that will about suffice.
I want the years support for Nancy and the children to come out of the
rent corn on my place
The foregoing nuncupative will was made by James
Crutchfield on the 28th of August 1854 on the day he died in our
presence and in the presence of his mother this 5th day of Sept 1854.

the same was duly proven by the Testimony of B. J. Rogers & W. Z. Rogers
